We first met at the Chleba Brno bakery, then at the bakery Mama Stella and finally at the Element restaurant, where he worked to gain more experiences. Now Samuel runs with his wife Maria their own Breadguy Bakery.

Brno already has more good bakeries, but this one is different. Partly thanks to Samuel's story. Originally a medical graduate, he set off to explore Dublin, where he worked as a babysitter and a kitchen porter. From this position he worked his way up to become a waiter, who years later also took the sommelier corses. When he returned to Brno during Covid times he started again from ground zero.
